If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

11. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to request cancellation of an order, contact support@cevellune.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order is processed or shipped. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
12. ACCEPTABLE USE
